Subscriptions for season 2010/2011:
Under 18/full-time student: £85 (or £50 on production of valid Woodend membership) - this must be paid in one installment at start of season, by cheque**
Adult*: £225 - this can be paid by:
• one single payment by cheque** of £225
• one payment by cheque of £100 plus two cheques**, each for £62.50, post-dated 30th Sept 2010 and 31st Oct 2010
• one single payment by cheque** of £170 on production of valid Woodend membership
(**cheques payable to "Hillhead Men's Hockey Club"; issues with using cheques can be raised with membership convenor to arrange alternative payment method)

Notes:
1. AMN Hillhead Men's Hockey Club is associated with Woodend Bowling and Lawn Tennis Club. Joining Hillhead automatically confers 'Alternate Sports' membership of Woodend and HHC pays your membership fee to Woodend.
2. membership cards will be issued on receipt of subscription and should be carried at all times when representing AMN Hillhead Hockey Club.
3. there is no joining fee
4. new members joining mid-season pay a reduced, pro-rata subscription plus an administration charge of £35 to cover SHU transfer/registration costs
5. the membership year runs from 1st September.
6. a match strip (shirt and shorts) will be made available as part of the membership payment.
Match fees: £5 per game or part of game irrespective of membershipcategory.
* Unemployment and Subsequent Financial Hardship
AMN Hillhead seeks to balance financial sustainability of the Club with changing personal circumstances of its Members. In the event that Members find themselves in a position of unemployment and subsequent financial hardship,representations can be made to the Executive Committee regarding temporary membership fee arrangements, the award of which will be at the sole discretionof the Committee applied in accordance with its policy on membership costs.
